Q: Where do you ship?
A: Unfortunately, due to the nature of our location, we are only able to ship
domestically throughout South Africa at the moment. Hopefully we can reach a
wider audience soon enough!
Q: What currency is your shop in?
A: All of our prices are in ZAR (South African Rand).
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Most orders are processed and dispatched 1-3 business days after an order has been placed. We use PUDO as our method of delivery, therefore transit times will vary depending on proximity to the Western Cape.
Q: How much are shipping costs?
A: Shipping costs are typically around R50; however, this cost is subject to change depending on the rates provided by PUDO. To find out costs, simply place the items into your cart and proceed with checkout. You'll be able to see how much your total shipping amount is before making your transaction.
Q: What if I haven't received my order yet?
A: Shoot us an email or an Instagram DM if it’s been more than two weeks since you placed your order.
Return / Exchange / Refund Policies:
Q: What are your policies on returns and exchanges?
A: We do not allow returns or exchanges on any products that were sent as the exact items as ordered or have no damage. Our products are made especially for you on a made-to-order basis. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, therefore we ask that you be sure of your purchase before placing an order.
Q: What if my order arrived damaged / I received the wrong items?
A: Please contact us as soon as any problems are noticed and we’ll do our best to address any issues.
Q: What if I made a mistake on my order?
A: If you’ve changed your mind on a product, want to add additional products to your order or listed an incorrect shipping address, please email/DM us within 12 hours of placing your order so we can make any adjustments. As long as we haven't shipped out the order or the products you want are in stock, we’ll be able to help you! Once your order has been shipped, it’s in the hands of the mail gods.
Q: Am I able to cancel my order?
A: If you've changed your mind about your order, please contact us ASAP at either at our email address or on Instagram so we can cancel and refund your order prior to shipment. If your order has already been processed and shipped it can no longer be cancelled. Please keep in mind that our products are typically made-to-order. Once a cancellation has been processed, the funds will be released immediately; however, it may take a while to reflect in your account.
